Hello Kitty Sandwich Maker

Hey there everyone! Today, I'm going to introduce to you another Hello Kitty item. It's the sandwich maker (it's obvious in the title. haha). This is the sandwich maker. It's so cute because it is in the shape of kitty's head with her cute little paws and the pink ribbon on her left ear. (σ ̄ー ̄)σ

Let's begin by preparing 2 slices of bread and your favorite filling (mine's Nutella). The plate is also  Hello Kitty. So cute. ( ^∀^)

Now let's open Hello Kitty's big head and see what we have. There is Hello Kitty's face and Rilakkuma's. There is a somewhat bread cutter in the middle but it's not really sharp. It just divides your bread into two. Not really sure what you call that.

Let's put the bread inside. So excited to see Hello Kitty's face on my bread. If you noticed, the filling is no longer chocolate. It's cheese. I kind of overdid the one with the Nutella so I made another one.

Let's close that big head. (´▽`*)

After a few seconds, you now have this! :D Ta-dah~! I know it looks burned but it looks better than my first try. :)

You can now enjoy your cute Hello Kitty Sandwich. (* ^ー゚)

Dragon Nail Art Tutorial

Dragon nail art :)

Just got a tattoo!

This is actually fake. :) My boyfriend and I saw fake tattoos in a local store and I just thought that maybe I could use it for nail art.

Here is the end product. Pretty cool, right?

So let's move on to the tutorial. First is to apply your base coat to protect your nails. Use any light color for your nails to highlight the design. I used a light orange.

Remember to let your polish dry before doing this step! Cut your fake tattoo into strips that will fit your nails. Since my nails are quite small, I used small strips. Place the fake tattoo on your nails same with how you do it on your skin.

Using a cotton ball, wet it with water. Make sure that the cotton is soaked because this won't work if it's not.

Wait for a few seconds and peel it off slowly. There you have it! Easy nail art for difficult designs. Don't forget your top coat! :)

Just an additional nail art. Here's Nyan Cat. :)

Here's a picture of us. :D

Another Hello Kitty Item: Egg Cooker

I'm here again with another Hello Kitty item. My mom is so addicted to her and it somehow influenced me. I've been looking into her collection and found this appliance. It's a Hello Kitty Electric Egg Cooker.

Six eggs may be placed inside. You take off the cover and place 6 eggs.

The pointed side should be facing downwards. It's so cute, right? It is like a small incubator.

Place water below the egg holder. You can choose either to put water before or after adding the eggs.

Place the cover and press start.

Hello Kitty things are so cute no matter how weird. :)

Hello Kitty Electric Ice Crusher

Annyeong~!  I'm here again with another Hello Kitty post. This is still one of my mom's collection. She's so addicted to her and I understand why. Hello Kitty is really cute even without the mouth.

This is my mom's Hello Kitty electric ice crusher. Because the weather in the Philippines is so hot, this one is pretty useful. Of course the ice would not be in the shape of Hello Kitty but having her on the maker makes crushing ice fun, eh? :)

This is where you place the ice. You put the lid on and push the button where it says "PUSH".

The push BUTTON (Haha! It's so big) is located on top of the lid.

The ice rotates inside the container and out comes the crushed ice. You can use any type of container. Of course, I used a Hello Kitty container (that's actually a bowl. The real cups included in the package is hidden somewhere) just to complete the whole set.

Hello Kitty Cookie Maker

My mom ordered a Hello Kitty Cookie Maker from an online shop. This is a Japan authentic product. The manual was in Japanese so we had a difficult time understanding it. Good thing there were pictures so it kind of made sense.

It has 5 different cookie cutters: Hello Kitty, flower, heart, star and a circle. Of course, my favorite is the Hello Kitty cutter.

After cutting the cookies, you place the cutters on top of the cookie maker. As you can see, there are holes in it. The cutters just fit in it perfectly. You just push the cookie mix using the tong-looking item (which is included in the package) into the hot plate.

Using this handle, you turn it around once the cookie is done and wait for it to reach the hole where it comes out of the opening. And then you have your Hello Kitty shaped cookie.

(Review) Etude House Sleeping Pack

Etude House is selling many types of sleeping packs but I bought this because according to the label at the back, it has a pore tightening effect which will result to a smooth and non-oily complexion. I have very big pores and most of the time I have very oily skin.  It has a milky texture and a floral scent to it.

My ZALORA wishlist

Being a fresh nursing graduate, I still had to complete all my cases and take the board exam before I could work. So basically I'm jobless and money-less. I've always wanted to give myself a gift for having surpassed the 4 years of excruciating pain of befriending my hated clinical instructors and of going on clinical duties. I also wanted to give my parents a gift for being there for me all those years and for paying for my college education. I know I disappointed them when I told them I was 0.03% away from being a cum laude. It was heartbreaking for me, what more for them, right? So on this day, I got an email from Nuffnang PH which gives me an opportunity to become Santa.

Zalora Philippines is very kind to offer this opportunity. I registered as a member of Zalora in their website and chose 5 items to put on my wishlist.

The first item is a bag from Kipling. I've always wanted to own a bag from Kipling. Aside from it being of very good quality, I'm so attracted to that cute monkey hanging from the bag. The monkey was my first reason for choosing Kipling. I was happy that it was part of the items they were offering. Don't you just love that cute little monkey? He's so adorable.

The second item is this pair of shoes - TOM'S Black Sequins Women's Cordones. It's a classic black pair of shoes with style. It is actually jaw-dropping. Anything that sparkles, except Edward Cullen, attracts me. I'm like the bird from the Animated Mr. Bean. I have already imagined myself wearing those shoes with slim pants or leggings. It is very classy and honestly, I have no words to describe it. It's just lovely.

Next item on my wishlist is this wallet. This wallet would be for my mom. She likes anything pink especially Hello Kitty. This wallet would definitely match her Hello Kitty bag. Since this wallet has many compartments, my mom would love this. She likes to separate her money in her wallet depending on where she's going to use it. Furthermore, her credit cards and debit cards would fit in right there perfectly.

Fourth item on my wishlist is this pair of shoes for my dad. It is the Men Cordones Brown Wax Twill from TOM'S. My dad loves shoes that have a classic look to them so he could still wear them on special occasions. However, none of my dad's shoes last because of the way he walks. He drags his feet when walking so the soles end up getting destroyed. He, then, buys a new a pair. Therefore, for this year, I would want to give him a pair of shoes.

The last item on my list would be given to my boyfriend. There's a story behind that. Last April 15, I gave him a pair of handpainted shoes. The shoes didn't cost much but the painting did. I've been saving for his gift months before and I did choose a size 9 because that was his shoe size. After buying the shoes, I had it painted by an artist. It had an iron man design on the right and a hulk design on the left. I was very excited to give him the gift given that the Avengers movie was coming up and he was an absolute fan. When he tried the shoes on, it didn't fit. IT DIDN'T FIT. I didn't know how to describe my feelings that time. I was embarrassed and sad. The shoes couldn't be repaired because they were about 2 inches short in length. I didn't know what else to do. I was so sad that time. Until now, I still am. In my wishlist, I chose this pair. I can be assured that they are following the standard sizing.

My boyfriend was nice to enough to just laugh it off. But I know he was sad.

So that's the end of my wishlist. I'm hoping and praying that I win.
